Financial support: Help to stay on top of your bills

Are you, or someone you know, worried about upcoming electricity and gas bills? There’s help.

Have a confidential discussion with your energy retailer today. Energy retailers offer a broad range of assistance and can help you to manage upcoming bills, spread your payments over an extended period, or defer your payments to a later date. You can work together with your retailer to set up a plan that works for you.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with other money concerns, you can also contact a financial counsellor. Financial counsellors are skilled professionals who guide you through your options and help you plan your way out of debt. Their service is free, confidential, and non-judgemental.
