The Australian Energy Council members receive discounts on the purchase price of items from the online shop. The member discount for online purchases is valid only for members who log in prior to purchasing from the online catalogue.

The Australian Energy Council guarantees that all orders will be despatched within four working days unless a product is marked temporarily unavailable.
All deliveries within Australia will be made via Australia Post using the Domestic Express Post service. Overseas customers should select International Express Post.
A maximum weight of three kilograms per order applies to Domestic Express Post postage.
Customers who wish to use their own courier service or pick up their purchases from the Australian Energy Council office should select 'Do not post' from the Shipping methods and contact database@energycouncil.com.au or phone 03 9205 3100 to confirm the pick-up arrangements.
Australian Energy Council will replace damaged products, provided the Energy Council is advised of the damage within two days of receipt. Please advise via email at database@energycouncil.com.au or write to Australian Energy Council, GPO Box 1823, Melbourne Victoria 3001, Australia.
Orders will be filled upon receipt of credit card payment.
